MAT PILATES


Mat pilates is low-intensity training that uses targeted, controlled movements to build strength and improve flexibility, mobility, and postural alignment.

The classes are functionally designed to increase body awareness while toning and strengthening the entire body. Perfect for all fitness levels.


POWER PILATES


Take your mat pilates practice to the next level with our power pilates class.

Designed with more intensity, controlled movements and variations, the extra kick from this class will accelerate full body conditioning and strengthening.


BARRE


A workout technique inspired by a fusion of pilates, yoga, ballet and sculpt.

It focuses on low impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways few other workouts can.

Classes will improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories and improve stability through a stronger core.


SCULPT FIT


A dynamic mix of pilates fundamentals and yoga essentials, combined with cardio and strength training, set to a beat you can dance to.


SLOW FLOW


Slow flow is the perfect opportunity to invite the elements of gentle flow into your practice at a slower pace to heighten mental and physical awareness.

This meditative style movement enhances clarity of the mind while building a foundation of strength and stamina.

Suitable for beginners through to advanced.


MINDFUL FLOW


A yang to yin style yoga class that perfectly balances dynamic movement and deep restoration.

The practice starts by developing heat through the body with a flowing yoga sequence that builds balance and strength, before slowing down to a yin practice to release muscle tension and improve flexibility. Perfect practice for all levels. 

 

SUBTLE FLOW


Full rounded yoga class designed to bring calm and grounding by expanding the subtle body through interwoven breathwork, gentle yoga flow and guided meditation.

SUNRISE YOGA


Awaken your body and mind with a sunrise yoga practice.

A nourishing early morning practice of gentle yoga flow inviting clarity, balance and peace of mind that will remain with you all day.

No experience necessary. Perfect for beginners through to advance. 

BEGINNERS YOGA


Learn the basics of yoga and the postures in this beginner friendly class.

Covering the fundamentals of yoga, we develop the physical postures with safe, clear guidance on alignment, explore the power of breath control, and invite mental clarity.

If you are brand new to yoga, or want to get back to basics, then this is the class for you. 

VINYASA


Vinyasa is a flow style of yoga with a focus on using breath to bring fluid movement between poses.

Incorporating postures that build strength, balance and flexibility, this practice enhances mental and physical well-being through the unification of mind, breath, and body. All levels are welcome however a basic knowledge of yoga poses is recommended.

Our specially trained instructor will be there to offer guidance and support as you move through your conception journey and into the exciting world of motherhood. 

YIN


A contemplative style of yoga, yin works deep into the fascia through passive postures held for longer periods of time.

Perfectly complementing the practice of yin, the use of sound is interwoven through the class to enhance relaxation and reduce stress.
